LESS than five months after winning state and national Telstra Business Awards, Kristen McPhail is expanding her childcare business and has seven times the number of Facebook likes.
The Pachamama director, who co-founded the Lesmurdie business with Andrew White, won the 2018 Small and Succeeding awards at the state and national events.
Pachamama operates two services across three buildings and this week will expand the second centre so the business can cater for 150 children.
Ms McPhail said winning the state and national awards helped the community recognise Pachamama’s qualities and the extension was nearly at capacity even before it opened.
